Excellent customer service made our stay!
Although there were a few minor details that needed to be fixed in and around our room there wasnt anything that prevented us from having a disappointing stay. The hotel staff were all very courtious and helpful and the night staff were EXTREMELY pleasant. It was nice b/c it was a short cab ride to where we needed to go and was also a very short walk to the bus stop. I would stay here again.

Very Musty
Our first impression when entering the room was the musty smell. Everything was well maintained, but the dampness affected our overall impression. If you want a hotel close to UofL, this is the one.
