Can’t still believe I was staying at a Kempinski
This Hotel needs a massive refurbishing job. The room are painted in solid colors. They can depress you. The furnitures are old.

serves the purpose
Unfortunately the makeover of the former Hilton , which today is Kempinski did not include bathrooms. You still have old yellow (in my case) bath tubes and bassins. It spoils the effect of the new modern , minimalistic interior

5 Star Customer Service
I would highly recommend this hotel based on the pre-visit customer service provided and on-site services encountered. It was a rare pleasure to truly have "customer service" actually demonstrated. Providing the most professional service I have encounter ever, Ms Violet in the hotel services department made the stay for my wife and I an excellent and surprised filled time (for my wife) with minimal anxiety and concern once coordinated.
