Great hotel but somewhat inexperienced service
The amenities are great. The rooms are really comfortable, clean etc. My only complaint was that the staff seemed to be a bit under-trained. They weren’t sure where our room was when we asked which way to go. Also, the barista was the same person as the front desk person, which meant you have to wait quite a while to get someone to wait on you and they ended up reading the instructions out of a book to make the drink. With some staff training it would be a flawless hotel.

Great unique place - staff needs serious training
This is a very unique hotel with extremely clean, comfortable rooms (especially the wonderful beds)...but the staff needs SERIOUS work. The front desk agent could not have been less helpful and the bartender could not have had less of a personality. A healthy dose of customer service training (and implementation) would make this a near perfect experience.
