This charming residential complex is comprised of two farmhouses dating back to the 17th century, recently restored and converted into 11 charming apartments. The property is situated in the historical center of the enchanting medieval town of Greve in Chianti. Guests can enjoy the enclosed, furnished garden, the shared swimming-pool, open from April through October, and a play area for children. Visitors can relax near the stream, swinging in the hammock, unwinding in the gazebo or enjoying the barbecue. The property offers on-site parking. Some of the apartments offer air-conditioning. There is a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer. Extra beds and cribs are available upon request. Each apartment has central heat. A cleaning fee of euro 10 and a deposit of euro 150 are required at check-in to be paid in cash only.
