It is a great hotel.People are very nice.
We were only going to stay 2 night.But it was so nice we stayed 4 night.

Not the most comfortable beds
The service & staff was top notch however the bed was the most uncomfortable bed that I’ve ever laid on...even our kids complained of neck/backaches

Excellent hotel stay
Our family was very pleased with the hotel - both location (SOOOO close to Busch Gardens) and the environment (Clean, friendly, and family appropriate. We will definitely stay for every visit to the area.

Quality For The Price
This hotel met and surpassed our expectations for the price we paid. The outside of the hotel does not do the inside justice. Nice indoor/outdoor pool. Coffee bar inside bonus. Ate at the pub which was ok and had the breakfast buffet in the main restaurant which had a nice selection. Super close to Busch Gardens which worked great for our family with three small children. Front desk helpful when choosing a pizza delivery place. Will stay again

Very Impressed
It was an oasis of relaxation, this hotel provides a pleasant ambience, high standards of comfort and convenient location for an unforgettable stay but does not have free internet :(

better places out there
Lobby was nice. We went at the end of oct. and chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. Lets just say that there is no changing area by the pool, it was poorly lit and was simply an area of the outdoor pool that was partitioned off. Television was poor and made a sound like arcing and the A/C was probably the second loudest I have ever had.

Colonial Willamsburg was good. You will need to have a full day if you want to listen to the stories and some building close at 130 so get there early

Restaurant was terrible
The hotel stay was disappointing because we had read pretty good reviews. We were especially unhappy with the bar/restaurant at the hotel. The service was terrible, the food was cold, and not very appetizing. This was the only restaurant open at the hotel, and we were too tired from our day at Busch Gardens to venture out. As we told the hotel management, the restaurant was not up to Marriott standards.

Great place in Williamsburg
This hotel was excellent. The service was great and everyone was very helpful. It is 1.5 miles from Busch Gardens and while not right at historic Williamsburg it is very close and has easy access to all the immediate area sites. My only complaint was that the pool water was too warm.

There is a great seafood restaurant called the Whaling Company just down the road from the Marriot.

This hotel was great. Close enough to all the sites but far enough from the hustle and bustle.
The hotel was very nice. It has all the amenities you can hope for. It was first class all the way.

The hotel is great. Very clean and the hotel serive extremely helpful. The breakfast is great is not included in the price but is not expensive. The hotel is close to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA.

Close to Everything, but still in a quiet area
Extremely close to Busch Gardens and dowtown colonial williamsburg and still in a very quiet area away from traffic noise. Excellent hotel. Very comfortable room.

Very good hotel
While visiting Colonial Williamsburg, we decided to stay at the Williamsburg Marriott which was relatively close to all attractions, including Busch Gardens, the outlets, Colonial Williamsburg, and restaurants. The hotel was clean, very well maintained, and the staff was great. There were two on-site restaurants with a small cafe. The pool was a great size, and offered both indoor and outdoor space. The lobby was large, bright, and inviting, as was the staff. Room rates were very reasonable as were the restaurant prices. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice Stay
the hotel has a beautiful lobby; the rooms are huge and the staff is very helpful. The only drawback for me was our room being located on ground level, therefore the doors toward outside were pretty much accesible by anyone(not that it happen).Their bfast buffet is worth the 11 bux and better than anything else is the location: 8 minutes to bush Gardens and presidents park, maybe 10 to Colonial Williamsburgh and Water Park. Indoor/outdoor pools pretty crowded but clean. Enjoy!

Very bad service
The night we arrive the front desk personal was t unfriendly. They didn’t even tell us where the room was and I had to ask where was the elevator. The indoor pool was not clean and the water extremely cold. We had to ask the front desk for someone to clean the room and for fresh towels.
