This was the first time staying at Fiesta Americana I had heard that it was one on the best hotel in Leon, when we arrive there was no one to greet us and to show us to the reception to sign in, because we had arrived early the receptionist said there were no rooms available she gave it a second thought then said that if we would pay the addional hours to check in early she would be able to get us a room and we did. When we were taken to our room it had a strong humid odor after the air conditioner was on for a few hour it somewhat when away. At the pool area there was no one to offer any refreshments until three hours later and that was because another group arrived. the worse of all this was that we were planning on having dinner at the pool area we asked for the menu and it never arrive so we decided to go out to the down town area and had a great dinner.
This is not a family oriented hotel; I would consider this hotel for company workshops and business gatherings

One of the better hotels in Leon, MX
Very nice hotel, clean and confortable. The pictures do it no justice. We stayed at another hotel first and it was so unconfortable. Unfortuantely there is not much of a night life in Leon. The hotel bar was empty. But the hotel was great. Very nice balcony and view.
