Good for Universal
Nice small hotel very close to Universal Studios. Stayed there for HHN and really enjoyed the staff and the awsome breakfast they had. We will surely stay at this place again!

Caution if you ahve a family
The hotel operated well but there were seedy characters in and outside of it. All night long the room next to us was visited by different people they would leave and leave the door open and someone different would come in. Not too hard to figure out what was going on there. Also, we stopped parking in the back of the hotel because it was obvious that there were a few people that were always outside walking up to cars as they came in. Again, not to hard to figure out what was going on there. I would not recommend if you have a family.

Great hotel for the price!
No problems with check in or check out, clean rooms, good location close to Universal. Shuttle is Free but you must call to make a reservation. Picks up at Park Opening and leaves half hour after closing for main park. Halloween Horror Nights shuttle was pricey per person. Its a lot easier just to walk..Small pool, medium size parking lot, and not many people were there. It was noticeable because mattresses were lined up in the hallways for some reason. Overall, it was a great hotel and there were no problems with our stay. For a group looking to visit Universal and barely stay in the hotel except to sleep, this hotel is perfect for you.
