Needs Work
The desk employee was nice, they throw in a $25 fee to my card for extras [I got it back]. The room had several lights that didn’t work, Comforter on bed had several burn holes in it, overall it also needs more cleaning.

Not Good!!!
I had A LOT of problems with my stay at this hotel. I called the day before my stay to ask if they had a pool. They told me that they had a 10ft pool! Well they did, but what they failed to tell me was the pool had no water in it! It is summer time and they do not have any water in the pool! to me that means that there is NO pool. another thing is the room was a mess! the bed was not made very well and most of the things in the room had holes in them. Also the TV remote did not work. The internet system also did not work. When i asked them about this they said that it "happens" a few times a week and there was nothing they could do about it! When i did ask about anything the little girl at the front said I would have to talk to her manager in the morning! when she got there she said that I would have tell expedia about my problems! That she could not do anything about what was wrong with her hotel!

Comfortable and convenient short stay
I had a long drive and was met at the hotel by a very polite and helpfull employee. My room was clean and comfortable and all my transactions were smooth and easy. On my way home, I realized I had left a pillow in my room. I called the hotel and asked if they could at least send my pillow case home. She said it would be no problem, but they would send the pillow and pillow case. Within a week I had my favorite pillow back! Terrific, personal service.
