Nice hotel just outside of Denver
The omni was a great hotel about 20 minutes outside of Denver. It is nice for those who do not want to stay right in the city of Denver but close enough to where you can drive in without much of a problem at all. The hotel is near plenty of restaurants and shops in a recently developed part of town. Only about an hour away from Estes Park- another beautiful place to visit. The service at the hotel was good- we had some medication that we had to refrigerate and they brought us up our own mini fridge for the room right away. The only negative aspect of the stay was in the very beginning before checking in. We arrived before check out time and they stated that it would be an hour before our room was ready for us and that they would call us and let us know. We drove around and walked around the mall and it had been 2 hours and never received the call. We went back to the omni to check and the room was ready for us. It would have been nice to receive the call as promised. The majority of the travelers staying there were there for business. We had our 2 children with us ages 4 and 2 1/2. We did not use the pool as it was not designed for little ones(started at 3 ft). Kids received milk and cookies the first 2 nights and little goody bags upon arrival. All in all though, nice, new, clean hotel with friendly service.
Traveler's tip on dining
Not many options for dining at the hotel. We did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot review that. We did eat lunch by the pool once- food was average. We ordered room service for breakfast one morning. Again, food average. They told us that it would be ready in 20 min and it was over an hour (1 hr 20 min) before we actually received our order in the room and we still had to pay full price.

Great Hotel
Great place to stay. Great pool area for families, free shuttle to good dining, shopping etc. Beautiful hotel, with great service and staff. We stay here all the time, and love this hotel.

can’t wait to go back
Lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays, fireplace, piano and all!! The Omni made our Christmas with our college kids one to remember!! We spent time in the lobby around the Christmas tree, fireplace, played the piano and sang family favorites tunes. They were extremely accommodating!!!
