worst place to stay in
when we were sleeping, the the door was opened and i told that to the reception but they didn’t take any action even they didn’t say sorry (that happend twice), also the air-conditioned and the refrigerator were too hot (they changed the room in the last night, beside, I told them that since the begining.the two rooms are so small (the size is just the bed + 50cm) their reception (blond girl) is too proud and treated us as animals, she didn’t respect the guests. in fact, it was the worst thing happened in our trip.

Excelent location and kind personnel!
We like the location of the hotel, close to the trains but far enough from the noise. The clerks were really helpful and kind, and the room was clean and comfortable. We definitely will go back if we go to Milan. Hotel is closed to small businesses were you can get provisions as water and snacks before going back for the night.

Good location, ok value
Location is the strong point of this hotel. Very close to the Central Station of Milan, so going around the city is very easy. The hotel is clean and breakfast is adequate. The Reception attendance is unfriendly and not-helpful. The wall is thin, you can hear other room’s tv playing next door. For a quick stay, the hotel is bearable.
