Anything but the Parking Structure
Hotel was a walking distance from downtown but yet still remained the calmness of Palm Springs. Parking structure was strange. It was outside facing the rooms and not a whole lot of empty spaces avaiable. Meaning we had to carry our stuff and walk around the campus to get to our room. On the other hand, the room was clean and nice. My husband was a big fan of comfy hard matress and the bed was met his expectation. Bottom line, make sure you bring your all wheel luggage next time you stay here. Overall, it was a decent hotel that I would recommend.

OK but Not the Best
We only stayed for 2 days as a weekends getaway from all the OC craziness. The hotel, or shall I say Motel was okay for the price. It was clean, the bed was so so (matress was kinda soft though, and only 2 pillows), and the bathroom was sanitized. Forget about the pool, I didn’t even bother check it out. I also knew the area quite well and I would assure you how security that area was. Bottom line, if you only needed a hotel for a good "In-and-Out" then it was perfect. It’s definatly not your ideal holiday hot spot so don’t even think of bring your boyfriend/girlfriend/ new date there for a romantic getaway; for a quickie, maybe.

Ok place to stay
Not outstanding, but good place to stay. They are really putting forth an effort to keep the place up. I seen maintenance workers doing a lot of improvements. Good location.
