not impressed
The room was reasonable for the price. We were looking for a hotel which allowed pets. This one does, but the web site did not state a pet deposit. We were suprised when we were charged a deposit and a daily fee. We did not mind paying the fees, not being suprised would be better. The worst part of our stay was that the air conditioner did not cool the room. We were told it was due to the unit being old. Which we found was the same for the other rooms.

Not good the last time
I came back to this Hotel because my first time there was great. But my second one start really bad. I got at the bus stop at 12pm. Then i call the hotel to ask about what time the shuttle would be there. They said around 12:30pm, Not bad at all. But Atlanta was SO COLD and i had a lot patient to wait for it.. After 30 min nothing. More 30min? Nothing.. the shuttle just showed up around 1:15pm... Atlanta was so windy and cold (around 28 or max 30 degrees those day) that i was freezing outside,i call the hotel 3 or 4 times. I felt totally disrespected. I paid for the service and wait well to be taken care of therefore.

Will return
I stayed here while heading back home to Hawaii when I had an early flight and didn’t want to drive the 2 hours from my hometown the next morning. We got there around 11 p.m. and easily checked in. The room was nice and clean and the staff were helpful.
