The Rooms are nice and spacious clean ,well equipped with home necessities .. I Will Be Back....

Very nice

The room was very clean and cozy. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The only downside is if you use the kitchen section. You have to wash all your dishes or there will be a charge. (Now I’m a clean person but I have no idea who washed those dishes before me, little unsanitary in my opinion.)

Atlantic City’s Hotel Closest to the Ocean

The Flagship was very comfortable. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room staff impressed me with how honest they were. the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I was very impressed with the amenities left in the room for some very weary travelers.

PRETTY GOOD EXPERIENCE

We had a room on the 30th floor with a balcony with beautiful views of the ocean, harbor and Atlantic City. The room was very nice and well kept up and you could cook in if you wanted. There was a Jitney service to the boardwalk that was reliable. Minor beefs - ice machine broken on floor, stiff pillows. Also their restaurant was not open much of the time and the surrounding area did not have others. Major beef - a sign in the room that said if you left a fork dirty there would be a $50 charge. Not very welcomming and needless to say, no forks were used. But the room, balcony and location were pluses.

Traveler's tip

Nice week-end getaway in a quiet part of Atlantic City that brought the ocean air to you on your balcony, unlike the hotels on the boardwalk, so after playing in the casinos you could come back and enjoy some peace and relaxation.

We’ve stayed here many times and always have a great time. Great place for families , on the quiet side of AC. Still wish the elevators were a little faster, but overall would recommend this hotel.

Good place for who have small children.

If you whant a alternative for be with your kids and have all the facilities that Atlantic city circuit can offer this is a family friend place.

Traveler's tip on recreational activities

* Need a good plan for a child care, they don’t offer arcades center where you child can be enjoy with they piers. If you what to go to the cassino, we have as optcion call some lady to came and stay with a chield alone in the roon. I did not like that.

Do not stay at this hotel u will be sorry..

They said on boardwalk, end of boardwalk not near anything.They had just one place to eat was also a bar.I had to go to an different hotel. do not wasted your time or money.I have stayed at about 8 hotels a year.Do not go you will not be happy at any price!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not Impressed

Hotel did not have an outdoor pool. I do not consider 2 little whirlpools and outdoor pool. The hotel was overall dirty. The elevators were not working 2 of the days we were there, so had to walk down 26 flights of stairs. It took 6 hours to get a replacement remote control. Ours did not have batteries but come to find out it was broken. It was not a block from the beach, it was more like 4 blocks. We were not very happy or impressed with this place

Good space/ lousy maintenance

Elevators kept breaking down. They don’t air condition the hallways, so while your waiting for the broken down elevator your sweating. They didn’t give me any information about things to doin the hotel or out. I had to go ask for it. And the info I got was not very detailed. I paid for parking and if you came in later in the evening you were lucky to get a spot.AC hard to lower the temperature. Was actually to cold in August. Every faucet leaked. Did get a good price for the space and it was clean and comfotable, other than the ac problem

Fantastic Place

Good place to stay for family. We really enjoyed.

filthy toilet

when i first arrived the room cleanliness was mediocre at best when i checked the bathroom i was almost sick the toilet had a ring around it signaling to me it probably hadn’t been cleaned in quite a few months also i believe i got atheletes foot from the room also. fantASea resorts has a track record w/me at least of unsanitary rooms i stayed at the La sammana once and there was a nasty used condom under a chair i notified the front desk they did nothing acted like it was no big deal .this is my experience

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

USE THE SHUTTLE TO GET TO THE CASINOS OR THE CONVENTION CENTER OR JUST TO GET TO THE MIDDLE OF TOWN

The view was amazing but the room quality was not.especially they had yellow sheets(not white) which we had to ask couple times to get new ones but they always gave some grayish even ones with some spots on it.The place is quiet and nice but the room quality is not satisfying.they had nice plasma tv but not quality channels like hd

Do not go

The Flagship appears to have a lot to offer when looking it up, but it was such a let down. The hotel is very old and appears to not have been upgraded since it was built. The toilet seat had stains on it, I literally did not sit in the toilet all weekend. It’s located all the way at the end of the strip, where you would have to either have to take the jitney or a cab. No one informed us upon arrival that there was a shuttle bus. It was definately not worth the money. I would never stay here again.

Not bad.

15 minute walk on the boardwalk to Showboat Casino. There is NOTHING on the walk though! In reading previous reviews, I thought how bad could the elevators be? 15 minute wait for the elevator on the day we checked out. I would’ve taken the stairs, but we had a lot of stuff. We did avoid the salespeople trying to sell us a timeshare.

Elevators not working

1.Elevator Only two of four elevators seemed working. In morning rush hour, we waited for more than 10 minutes, passing on two or three elevators which was very full and we could not get into at all. In the end, we went down stairs all the way from 18th floor to lobby. I complained to the front and they just answered "it’s a rush hour. I can say it’s good if you had to wait only for 5 minutes." 2.Location Although the accommodation fee was not expensive, the location is so far from the downtown center, including all the major casino hotels. We had to take taxi to return to the hotel (it cost about $15). I would recommend to stay in another hotel in downtown even if it’s more costly.

So-so

The view is OK, even though we were still on the side of the hotel and the "ocean view" was minimal. The rooms are spacious, but the whole hotel has a run-down kind of feeling to it. Lots of stains on the hallway carpets, cracks in the wall, chipped paint, old air units, old TVs. The elevators are slow to the point of annoying. The staff was moderately friendly, but we had little interaction with them so it is hard to say if this was the norm.

Pretty Good

I was satisfied with this hotel. It was clean, has a small kitchen, and the staff was great. It is a bit away from the casino’s but the hotel provides a shuttle. I walked to the casino’s and it wasn’t as long a walk as I initailly thought. The only problem with the hotel was the restaurant. They were slow with seating us, slow with taking our order, giving us our check, and giving me my card back after paying the check. But the food was good.

Very disapointing for the price

Dirty carpets in the room, pillow and mattress hard as rock. Too price for what they offer. I guess they charge for the view, the only positive the hotel has.

Dont stay at the fantasea.....

The only good thing about the hotel was the view... everything else i didnt like... it wasnt clean...also there were signs every where reminding you if you damaged anything that you would have to pay for it.. the crazy thing about it was in front of the sink...it said you must wash your dishes or there will be a fine of 50 dollars...so that means whoever stayed last washes the dishes and thats kind of nasty... and when i took a shower the bathtub would fill up.. i wouldnt go here

Hotel Stay

I stayed in this hotel a few weeks ago for one night and it was amazing. I had a great view from the balcony of our room and the indoor pool was great. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and I used the pool/jacuzzi that evening and the next morning before check out. The buffet breakfast in the resturant was awesome too. I would def stay in this hotel again next time I go to AC. P.S The elevators were not as bad as they were made out to be.
