Loreto, Baja Ca Sur good and bad
The hotel was beautiful. The hotel staff were very helpful, courteous and welcoming. The room was nice, the room was very clean and nicely remodeled. My only problem which is actually a major problem was that I received 5 calls from my mother who was watching my diabetic children at home. Unfortunately there was an emergency with one of them. When she called the hotel to locate me, she was hung up on 4 times and put on hold for over 5 minutes another time. I called home to check up on how my kids were doing when my mom explained about the phone calls and when I spoke with the assistant manager about it he could only say that he was sorry and didn’t know what happened. It would not be sucha big deal if my child didn’t need medical attention.

excellent hotel with great service.
This hotel has everything you need for a great vacation. Close to lots of great restraunts and the fishing harbor. the restraunt at the hotel was very good.
