Will never stay in the future
It was the ideal hotel that I viewed on the website! I was very disappointed. The complimentary...awful. The room were full of the smell of smoke (cigarettes)and I DON’T smoke. The front desk rep wawsn’t friendly at all when I first checked in, but the evening rep was very polite and courteous. I had to wait for at least 30 min- 1 hr before my room was ready. They had no available rooms that was clean. I was so exuasted from the long travel, I fell alseep in the lobby awaiting a room.
