I was pleasantly surprised by my hotel room and accommodations.

not impressed
staff not responsive to request for bedtable lamp to be plugged in (outlet unreachable); kids disappointed w/ swimming options: no hot tub, pool was too cold to play in (though website said pool is heated); everyone kicked out of gated pool area, and faux fire pit in adjacent patio area shut down @ 10pm on a Sat.; on the plus side, breakfast was good!
