good but not great
it’s a very good hotel -- albeit some renovations can be helpful -- when the rate is reasonable. during high season or special events, i wouldn’t spend that kind of money. do like its location very much. and it’s really the only hotel in downtown area.

Comfortable and with a great view of Pike’s Peak
I was there for two nights on business and felt safe as a woman traveling alone. Staff at the front desk, for room service and in the business center were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfy. Best of all my room had a perfect view of the mountains and Pike’s Peak. No complaints!
