New Name means upgrading
I have stayed at this Hotel every year for 4 years while visiting family for the Thanksgiving holicays. This is a good place to stay for the price and the new owners seem to be doing some needed touch ups and renovations.

Renovating
When I booked the hotel, there was no mention that the hotel was going through renovations. The restaurant and bar advertised were closed. However, the room was nicely appointed and the staff were very attentive. I think the hotel will be great once the renovations are done!
