It was just ok
The lobby and and breakfast was very good. Very clean. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. House keeping, however, was not. The toilet in the bathroom looked like it had been broken and repaired, but it was still kind of shaky. I thought the room wasn’t as clean as it could have been.

Great hotel
This hotel was immaculate and smelled brand new. The staff were very helpful, warm, and polite. Then only issue was that we picked this hotel thinking there would be a shuttle service to the airport but there wasn’t one. We had to take a cab. It was a quick drive and not an expensive cab ride so it wasn’t a big deal. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Cant wait to go back
I was very satisfied with this hotel, it was really clean, staff were very friendly. Continental breakfast was great. Overall a great place to stay for the money. I would certainly stay there again should I visit the Norfolk area.
