Perfect for our Needs
Our electricity went out on a Sunday morning and we needed somewhere to stay until we could get it turned back on. We were able to book the hotel on very short notice and were able to take our Chocolate Lab with us. The hotel was VERY nice. We stayed in one of the ’pet rooms’ on the bottom floor. We were not allowed a King bed and the room did not appear to be as updated or as nice as others we could see. BUT it had a back door that led to a pool area and a green grassy space where we could walk our dog. It was PERFECT for our needs. The staff was VERY helpful and pleasant. We would DEFINITELY go back!! Thank you Chester Inn for making a very stressful event turn into a nice little family outing.

Need better front desk customer service
Had to stand and wait at check in while the one counter person (8 PM in the evening) spent 5 minutes on the phone with a reservation request.

Plan on going back
I planned this stay very last minute to cut down on travel time from home and location I needed to attend for training. When I saw the price offered I just had to go and I’m glad I did not only did a receive a comfortable and relaxing stay I received prompt room service and very friendly staff all about the hotel. The only slight down point and I mean slight was the indoor pool was a little cold but I wouldn’t like that stop you from use this hotel because i will be going back myself first chance I get.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
between the coin laundry which came in handy since a change of plans forced me to continue my trip else where but with clean clothes. And the free internet allow me to connect with home and work to keep me up to speed.
