I was Comfortable
Good bedding and good air conditioning, lots of space, furniture old and some what worn, just needs a little upgarding. Lobby alot better condition than room was.

Concord Best Western on Clayton Road
This Best Western quality is as good as any BW. Priced above other motels in area not as nice.

This Best Western is near restaurants, shopping, and main roads to Walnut Creek or Pittsburg. The location is close to Bart Station Subway for traveling to South Bay or San Francisco.

Convenient
Convenient to Concord and surrounding area. Hotel staff has bben very good at resolving all of the problems encountered, but the problems are several. Room door lock broken, internet not working on half the hotel. Keycards that didn’t stay programmed. Circuit breakers in Lobby that kept tripping off.

Very Disappointed
We thought we’d be safe using a "best western" but the Concord hotel was a mess. The room reeked, the toilet ran constantly, there were lightbulbs missing from the light fixtures and no extra toilet paper or facial tissues. The pool was FREEZING cold, and while I prefer cold water, it was too cold even for me! My family laughed that if it was too cold for me, they knew it was too cold for them. There was an extremely loud party going on Saturday night, and no one at the front desk answered the phone. We will definitely stay elsewhere when we go home to visit.

Staff seemed imposed upon during check in. Shower/bath did not maintain constant temperature, not safe for children, or comfortable for adults.

This a great location.Within two miles of the Sleep Train Pavillion. And still in a quite & beautiful area. Day trips are really great.Fishermans Wharf,The Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, Historical San Francisco.

I will likely stay again in the near future.
It was conveniently located 2 miles from the Sleep Train Pavilion for concerts. There’s an restaurants next to it. I hotel was easy to find.

For the price it was ok. Beds not very comfy, pillows small. Rooms were clean. Only used for a place to sleep. Air condition on low smelled of dirty feet. Changed to high .. no smell? The pool was nice, whirpool not functional. Continental breakfast
