Beautiful villas, great service
We stayed ten days in a Cherida three-bed villa, upgraded from the two-bed we booked. The villas are large, luxurious and private, and the landscaping makes the most of the location. Having the frangipani trees leaning over the pool meant that there were always beautiful flowers floating whenever we went for a swim. Service was always good, and any minor niggles in the villa were sorted out swiftly and efficiently. The staff were marvellous: on one occasion when I needed change for a taxi, the till in reception was also short of change, so the concierge paid out of her own pocket! (Of course I paid her back...). When we asked for recommendations about where we could buy a cake for my five-year-old’s birthday, they told us not to worry and brought him down a lovely cake with his name iced on it and sang him happy birthday. Then refused to charge us. Minor downsides: there was some building work going on while we were there, but they were very good indeed at keeping the noise to a minimum, and it is 3km from the beach, though they are willing to drive you down there at a moment’s notice.

Everything was great ! The Villa’s the prompt service..especially the butler that serviced us !! Great work !!
