weekend get away
We really enjoyed this hotel! The service was awesome! The location is good, a "straight shot" to downtown, if there’s a such thing in Chicago trafic. lol It’s in a nice, quiet suburb with plenty of dining and shopping options. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub where my family spent a lot of time. We didnt have the buffet breakfast, but it looked and smelled delicious as well as being plentiful for a modest price. There was also plenty of parking spaces.
There was a mall located about 2 miles from the hotel where there were several restaraunts. We decided to stay close for dinner the first night instead of fighting traffic to get downtown.

This is a great find!
I can’t say enough about the comfort, quality and service of this hotel. The staff was super and helpful; the handicap accessible room was huge and well planned; everything was spotless and the gentleman who helps with breakfast couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We loved this hotel and hope other Hilton Garden Inns are just as nice. We will be back.
Traveler's tip on shopping
shopping is great here with the closeness of Oak Brook shopping center just blocks away and it is (on a good day with little traffic) just about 1/2 hour into the city.
