Not going back

The room bathroom was not clean. The tube was moldy & drainage terrible. The sink was also the same. Tried to turn on the heater since it was cold, a bad burnning smell of hair filled the room and gave me a headache. So I had to open the room door in order to get the smell out. Continental breakfast was included. Wow. Coffee was nothing but brown water. Staying there was a mistake!

Okay for the Pay!

The overall hotel appearance was nice looking. When you get to the room there was a stale smell and everything is outdated and needs to be updated. In the room we were in 236 the bath tub stopper did not work and I called the front desk to see if there was another room available or have someone fix it, I was told no one was available and to "put a sock on the tub stopper" because the hotel was sold out. I was shocked but then I thought for the price a night can’t complain. So I just used a towel to stop the water to give my 3 year old a quick bath! They were also out of face towels. So I had to go down to the lobby to get and to use hand towels to bathe. The beds are old but they did the job for our 2 night stay being that we were away at Disneyland most of the time. The hotel in centrally located.I did not have the breakfast they provide which were muffins,coffee and orange juice. There is a McDonald’s in the same parking lot as the hotel and there are several eateries in the vacinity. This hotel is very close to Knotts Berry Farm and about 6 miles from Disneyland. I would stay here again for the price and would recommend this to others if you just want a place to rest while you are enjoying the theme parks. The hotel staff was nice and very conversational! I was pleased with how helpful they were when we asked for directions to Wal-Mart. If you are into LUXURY accommodations then THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Convienent for Disneyland goer!

If you need a hotel that is near Disneyland and you don’t want to spend a fortune this is a great hotel! I would not suggest couples with children stay there (not a lot of space), but it is great for two adults. Not the cleanest /nicest room, but if you don’t plan on staying in your room all day than it is just right. . The staff was very poliet and helpful. They also have a free breakfast in the morning!

Disneyland is so close and such a great way to spend the day! Downtown Disney is open late at night and has so amazing dining and shopping.

Comfort Plus

I have stayed at the Good Nite Inn Buena Park location at least six times this year and I am looking forward to returning. Their staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean, and beds are great. The price can’t be beat!

Not good hotel to stay

It needs a maintenance urgently...carpet was dirty and a lot of stains. I asked for an extra towel and it was dirty...I did not use it. Overall, I really do not recommend this hotel...I would prefer to pay a little more to stay in another hotel. Outside, it looks Ok, but the room inside is old and not well cleaned.

Not impressed

Really noisy air conditioner unit. Room did not feel clean. Dated furniture. Breakfast consisted of cold coffee an a couple of available muffins and cinnamon rolls.

Not Impressed...but Not Let Down!!

We got what we paid for...it wasn’t luxurious cause we didn’t want to pay that kind of money just to sleep in it! One of the issues that we ran into was that they say that they have "Discount Tickets" to Disneyland & Disneyland California but they are the same price at the parks!! The other issue was that on like the 3rd night of staying there we saw a few roaches...not the Best but far from the Worst!!

Overall, we were glad that we stayed here cause we were not in the city where the noise and traffic was...we could go out and have a good time then were able to come back to the hotel room and have a peaceful night!

only 1 bad thing

Under 18 please look away The hotel has thin walls and the beds are too close to said walls. If you or the room next you is being "loud" you can hear each other and it’s not very pleasant.

Great Location

Its near shopping centers like Target or Wal-Mart, Close to I-5 & SR-91. Really nice hotel, Loved the free breakfast. Extremely satisfied

Will use this hotel again

It was located close to everything we wanted to visit. The staff was very professional and nice. Very accommodating to our needs and wants. We had put out the "do not disturb" sign after leaving and our room had not been entered when we got back. We spent most of our time away from the room but it was always nice to come back to for rest. The bed was very comfortable, good air conditioning. I would be more than happy to use this hotel again when we come back, and we will!

Traveler's tip on local attractions

Minutes from Disneyland, Knotts and pretty much anywhere you want to go. There are restaurantes at walking distances. Hollywood was about 20 to 25 minutes away (giving traffic) Long Beach is not far either. It was centrally located, get a map and just go, go, go

Terrible experience

i requested a non smoking room, but you can smell the cigarette all over the room. It was so disgusting coz of the cigarette smell. The bathroom was not cleaned well.

Hotel room was not at all clean. You will get some smell of comforter also. Flush was not working.

Good for price.

The hotel was clean, it wasn’t the nicest hotel but it wasn’t bad by any means. A/C ran cold, room was spacious enough.

Cheap, and close to everything

Me and my girlfriend stayed for 3 nights and were completely satisfied. It didn’t cost us alot of money and was a good place to stay. quiet and close to knotts berry farms and disneyland. will stay again for sure.

Got what I wanted

For its price, this hotel was great! It fit all my requirements and expectations as well as maybe surpassing the expectations of my fellow travelers.

Very good for the price!

I’m not an extremely picky person, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the Good Nite Inn. The staff was very friendly and informative upon arrival, during the stay, and at check-out. I didn’t try the continental breakfast, but I hear that’s only pastries and such--not really a big deal because there’s a McDonalds right there! The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door is NOT as problematic as others make it out to be--it’s just a sliding door with a lock! We had a little trouble plugging the bathtub for a bath, but it didn’t matter because the shower worked great. You may need to ask for more towels and/or more soap/shampoo, but I found that what they had was adequate for 2 people for 2 nights. The bed was pretty comfortable, too. We had put out the "do not disturb" sign after leaving for the day and were pleasantly surprised to find our room had not been entered when we got back--seems like they really follow requests! We paid for the wireless internet service--it’s cheap and worked fine for us. It’s very easy to find the hotel on arrival and it’s VERY close to Disneyland--you just jump on the freeway that’s right outside and it’s about 10 minutes away! I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this Good Nite Inn to anyone. It’s a GREAT deal!

If you’re arriving late and you’re starving (anywhere from midnight to 2am), the McDonalds and everything nearby is probably closed. You’ll find a menu of a pizza place in your hotel room (it’s with the hotel info display). It’s actually pretty cheap eats and they deliver to your hotel room until 3am! It really saved us! Otherwise, McDonalds is a nice way to save some cash.

Not a good nigt at this hotel

The hotel needs to be remodeled. Our shower kept falling off and it made a really loud noice as we were taking showers. The carpet smell really bad and the front desk staff was not friendly at all.

Good Enough

I was done in the area for a trip to Disneyland with my friends. The bed was huge and there was everything i needed. No fridge though. i was only here to sleep though, so i did not have high expectations, i just needed a place to sleep and shower. the room was clean and neat, but the people down at the front desk were rude, and didnt make you feel comfortable; they seemed unhappy and they seemed like they didnt want to be there.

Not fancy, just a good value.

We had a decent room that was clean and in good order. Our room had 2 queen beds and was on the 3rd floor, where there is an interior hallway. The bottom 2 floors had exterior doors. There is a small but nice pool area, no hot-tub. The continental breakfast was very minimal, hardly worth leaving the room. Staff was friendly. Area was relatively quiet and uncrowded.

Besides the obvious theme parks nearby, there is a unique dinner show called Medieval Times, made famous in the Jim Carey movie, The Cable Guy. If you haven’t seen the movie, rent it. Then make reservations.

Worth the little price you pay

Our stay at the Good Nite Inn was a rather pleasant one! The only negative remark I’ll make about our stay was the very weak continental breakfast. Thankfully for that, a McDonalds was right next door.
