Very satisfied!!!
Very clean...very economic for hotel with suites. Staff were extremely polite even when confronted by stupid and rude customers who were trying to book a room with an expired credit card.

Room wasnt ready
I checked into the hotel at around 4:00 p.m. on a Thursday afternoon in mid-December. The lobby area is quite small and austere. There was only one person at the front desk, and she was busy on the phone for some time. When I was finally checked in, I was given the key card for my room and told to go on upstairs. When I arrived at my room, the maid cart was standing in front of my door, and two maids were feverishly working on my room. I was asked to wait in the hall and told it would be just a couple of minutes. It wound up being nearly ten minutes before my room was ready for me, so I stood in the hallway, fuming (I was running late for a business appointment as it was). Once inside, the room was certainly clean enough, although the kitchenette floor was still wet. The room itself was okay, but certainly nothing special.
