Dishonest Staff
I knew I had left an electronic item in the room and called to say I would pick it up in two days when I was returning to Sumter, only to be told again and again after repeated calls item was not found. I did NOT stay at Quality upon my return to Sumter as originally planned,

Owner is very cheap and does barely enough to meet a Hotel Chains standard. He owns several hotels in Sumter as I learned from local folks and is well know for cutting corners every way he can.

Decent renovations to make it a Fairfield Marriot, but didn’t appreciate the large roach crawling on the carpet.
