Not bad for a 2 star hotel
This hotel is definitely not bad at all for a two star hotel. In fact it was much better than I expected. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and had all of the anemities for a hotel. The rooms had a DVR Cable Box, Microwave, and a refrigerator. The Hotel is located close to everything and has easy access to the highway. The fitness center was descent and has new equipment and a locker room with even a shower. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights traveling on business, but I actually enjoyed the hotel and the facilities. I was not expecting this hotel to have descent anemities. I would rate this at least a 3 star hotel. The next time I travel through there on business, I plan to stay there again.
Traveler's tip on dining
If you are looking for good seafood, The Kings Inn is definitely worth checking out. It is the best seafood you will find in all of South Texas. However, if you are looking for activities to do, there is not much in Kingsville. Corpus Christi is about 40 minutes away, and South Padre Island is about 1 hour and 45 minutes away.
