Not the best but felt safe
The room numbers were not listed at the front of the hall and we went all the way to end and our room was not there (Pushing the luggage cart!). Walked all the way back to find out our room was in the building in the back. My husband is a heart patient and had to sit down and wait while I tried to get our things to our room. The girl at the desk did help me when she got time. They were short handed it seemed. Breakfast was provided which was nice. I think they were in the process of remodeling.

Very nice hotel for business in downtown area
The business suite was a pleasant surprise. The suite is actually 2 adjoining rooms merged into one. Also has a full size fridge. The complimentary breakfast is also very good.

not bad
We had to wait about 10 minutes when we checked in even though there were 2 clerks. When we walked into the first coridor I noticed it was very hot. We were there one night and were in and out of the room several times and we walked by the same piece of paper and the same spilt plant soil at least 4 times in that 48 hours. I admit these are minute things and other than the aforementioned items we both would recommend the facility to others. We were impressed with the value of the room and variety of services offered. We were very comfortable there.
