Terrible
Check in to room was at least two hours late and you cannot even get a cup of coffe without payng an arm and a leg for it. The hotel has gone down in service quite a bit. I would never recommend it to anybody.

Left me cold!!
We stayed on the weekend. Saturday was under staffed at the restaurant (when there were many large groups and a wedding there) and Sunday, it was over staffed when there were hardly any people there. I waited a long time for my soup and hot tea, then when I did get it they were cold! In fact the entire hotel was very cold!! Guest had their coats ON while we were eating our meals. We also had a fire emergency evacuation on Sunday morning, so of course our room was at the top floor and we had to walk down.(which was fine, but it was very unorganized to say the least when we got to the lobby. No one knew what to do.
