Convenient location
Although a tad more expensive than I would like to pay for a hotel, Ive stayed at this hotel twice because of its location right next to T-CAT and the airport limousine, as well as a subway station. This makes getting both into the central districts of Tokyo and out to Narita Airport (for an early flight) fairly easy and convenient.

Great Choice with superior airport access
This hotel is my favorite choice when I am only in Tokyo a couple of days. It is only an hour from Narita even in rush hour. It is directly connected to the airport bus terminal (TCAT) and to a subway station. My 17th floor room overlooked the freeway but was still quiet. It was modern with a swivel chair and desk. The hotel sushi bar was first rate and the surrounding neighborhood had a lot of cheaper food and a couple of days of sights. There is a major department store one subway stop away that has a huge "deli" and supermarket. The executive floor ammenities were particularly nice. It features its own check-in and concierge services, wifi for those without a network card, tables for meetings, snacks and beverages all day, happy hour drinks, etc. It is really well optimised for business people.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If you are there for more than a day, pick up a Pasmo card at any subway station office. It is a preloaded debit card with RFID technology that works for all the different subway lines. No more deciphering fares and distances in Kanji.

GREAT HOTEL BUT LONG TRAIN RIDE !
Convenient location as the train station is just on the basement but its a long ride to get to other city attractions. Anyway, we love the neighbourhood as theres lots of good local restaurants and shops near by. It show us local life style of Tokyo not the big city style. The staff and the services are excellent. We asked for non-smoking room but the room is a little bit stink of the smoking as the hotel is quite old. They might swop room for smoker etc. I love the swimming pool and the hot tub. I dont mind to stay at this hotel again. I am glad that we stayed at the hotel and dont mind to go back again.
