Can’t wait to go back
I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers visiting Ludwig’s castles. The hotel is accessible to all public transportation and is just adjacent to the city. The room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious for European standards.

Comfort close to castles
Just a short drive from Neuschwanstein, Treff Hotel Luitpoldpark Fuessen is a great place to stay before or after a visit to Ludwig’s castles. Our room was spacious and the beds confortable. The hotel’s restaurant provided an excellent breakfast and the onsite parking was convenient and secure. Would definitely stay there again when in the region.

Huge rooms (for a European hotel)
The Treff Hotel has a great location in the small town of Fussen, Germany. It is a brief 5-10 minute drive to the castles as well or walk around the corner to discover the town of Fussen. Also, the rooms are huge! Ususally, European hotels are big enough for a bed and bathroom, but there was a ton of space here!
