Quiet, clean and convenient

The front desk staff was polite and efficient. The breakfast staff was energetic and welcoming. The pool was in great condition and well landscaped. The elevator is agonizingly slow.

very close to Presbyterial Hospital and DART light rail stops. Leave your car at the hotel and take the train dowtown or to Plano.

Very Nice Experience

The staff were friendly and helpful. They greeted me whenever I entered or left the hotel or even in the hallways when chance meetings occured. The room and bed were comfortable and if smoking is allowed in the hotel, I was pleasantly unaware of it. The absence of a small refrigerator and micro-wave was a small inconvenience. The self-service laundry facilities were first rate. The machines were clean and worked the first time and have a feature of digital timers which gave me the time each wash/dry would be finished. I did not partake of the complimentary breakfast but it was well laid-out and appeared to have a variety of items. The convenience of the location was very important to me as well as being relatively closed to a grocery store and restaurants. I plan to stay at this location again if business brings me back to this area.

This hotel has high standards. Clean, well-maintained place to stay. Slow elevator was the only flaw.
