No return call from Management
I have stayed at this hotel a number of time since it opened and up until recently was very satisfied. The hotel is very new and clean. I recently had to re-schedule a trip at the last minute and did not remember to call the hotel to move my reservation until the morning after I was supposed to be there. I called first thing and left a message with the front desk for a manager to call me in the hopes of moving the reservation after the fact. No return call. I called again, again left a message, and again, no return call. So far I have left 3 messages for the front desk manager and 2 for the GM and no one has bothered to return my call. It was a long shot that they would move the reservation but I would at least expect a return call. I guess they don’t need repeat customers because I will now find another place to stay on my regular visits to Waco.

Student orientation at Baylor
Our first room was not cleaned properly, so we had to repack and change rooms. The electronic key cards kept loosing their code, so we had to get them re-programmed several times, which was inconvenient. Great location in relation to Baylor; but the property management needs to step up their level of service for this to be a good option.
