will definitely come back!!
we had a great time in costa rica and volcano lodge and gardens was beautiful!! it was everything i expected it to look like and feel like. it rained for 2 days while we were there but it didn’t dampen our spirits. we explored the trail along the perimeter of the hotel, our room was clean and the towel animal creations we walked into everyday on our bed were beautiful! had GREAT GREAT food at their restaurants, took tons of pictures of the beautiful trees and flowers that were displayed in front of us. it was simply just breathtaking! too bad the volcano didn’t show itself much til our last day!! and most of all, the staff, down to the gardeners maintaining the landscaping were very friendly!! we arranged our tours through the front desk. easy and hassle free. the tour guides were very informative and really loved what they were doin and it made you more passionate about what costa rica is about. it was paradise to us =0)

Excellent Hotel Choice
The grounds were exceptionally beautiful. Our accomodations were very good. The folks at the reception desk were extremely helpful in booking additional tours & offering information. There two restaurant’s at this location, I believe run by thesame manageme3nt. We aqte at the "front" restaurant and had an excellent meal . The steak was outstanding as was the French Onion soup. The soup was probably the best French Onion soup I’ve had aqnywhere.
