If it could go wrong, it did go wrong.
Although the help behind the front desk was trying to be helpful, there is still a language barrier. The room we checked into was HORRIBLE, like a prison cell with 2 twin beds. We upgraded to a suite which was lovely, but the TV did not work half the time, the pocket door between the bedroom and the living area was broken, and they would only leave 2 instant packages of coffee each morning. It was like pulling teeth to get coffe and cream in the room. Although recently remodeled, I would NOT recommend this property. Stay somewhere closer in to the city if you’re visiting Paris and wish to see the sights.

Good, decent hotel
Very clean and decent hotel. Some construction work beside block the views. Close to station.

Excellent Hotel
The hotel was very good. The location was convenient to/from airport, but also within a short bus/Metro distance from the centre of Paris. The only thing I was not keen on was the quality of the breakfast, which could be improved, but you can get alternatives a short walk away from the hotel.
Traveler's tip on shopping
A large commercial centre by the bus terminus/metro station. Also, there are reastaurants round the corner from there.
