Needs to be Rennovated
Going back to my home town for a visit drew me to stay at this well located hotel that has been in Vancouver for over 50 years - It has great potential because of it’s location next to the river, but it is in need of modernization. The hotel is drab and tired. The restaurant has a great view of the water, food was good, but the service was terrible (it took over 40 minutes to get served. This is an okay hotel - but there are nicer accommodations in this area for the price.

Won’t stay here again
Facility is older, room condition and amenities are so-so. We had the double queen beds room. The biggest turn off is that the room smelled like smoke! We debated whether to request for another room but was too tired to make the switch. There was also a fly wandering around in the room. Overall not impressed and won’t go back.
For roughly the same price, I would highly recommend going to the nearby, much cleaner and newer Hilton Hotel.

Not impressed.
Hotel front staff was not very friendly with the exception of the young lady that checked me in. Hotel was old and musty. Lots of noise from air traffic and bridge lifts. Dim lighting in parking lot.
