NEVER STAY HERE
Book a King room and be surprised on check in with two queens instead. The staff argued with me before a supervisor decided to become hostile and threaten me. She had no idea how to handle the situation presented to her. THIS HOTEL HAS ELEVATORS THAT DO NOT WORK, YOU GET NO COFFEE MACHINE IN YOUR ROOM OR EVEN IN THE LOBBY. The rooms are small and are not to a good standard. I live in Orlando and there are many many better hotels at the same price with staff that actually care about you instead of argue with you. My advice would be to stay somewhere else close by.

The fact that the front desk staff and supervisor were not polite is unforgiveable and we will look into who was on duty when this happened. will never go back
this hotel named it self a resort,internet photos were very deceiving.place was like motel.beds poor mattress not able to sleep back ache,room smells,carpet with stains and odor.closet doors off hinges,staircase stunk of urine. however location very good,

WILL NOT GO BACK
WEll you get what you pay for. Hotel is super cheap but the hotel is old. it smells old. There are holes in the wall in the rooms, the elevator did not work when we came back to our room that night, our room keys did not work and had to go back downstairs, the remote to the TV did not work, the ice machine did not work. Very old and needs lots and lots of updating.
