Service cannot compare
We stayed on the 19th floor which has access to extra amenities and service--we loved it. Comes complete with "butler" button next to your bed for anything you need. Would highly recommend and we would gladly return next time we are in Hong Kong--this hotel was the highlight of our trip from the moment we got out of the cab at the front door.

We shall return
Next time we travel to Hongkong, we shall get Shangrila again but not on the Club floors anymore. The breakfast offered on the lounge was not a 5Star quality. We would opt for the Buffet Breakfast offered for the non-Horizon floor. Other than that the hotel gives an Excellent Service. Very accommodating staff and friendly as well.

Spectacular harbor view!
The hotel met all our expectations and provided us a lovely and liesurely get-a-way in Hong Kong between 2 fast-paced tours in mainland China. Our first stay at a Shangri-La, but won’t be our last!
