Ive traveled all over the world and never had such bad customer service
Beautiful, serene setting and fantastic golf course! But very dissatisfied with the resort customer service. We had asked about the "continental" breakfast and they didnt notify us until after our 3rd day breakfast that the term does note mean complimentary there...we were charged nearly $50 each meal and they would not credit us for the miscommunication. Also dissatisfied with some appliances in our room that did not work. And could not take showers because there is only half of a glass door on the tub. However, we loved the golf course. It was the most beautiful course weve ever been on...though very challenging. We would play the course again but never stay at the resort.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
We saw ads for furnished homes on Kewarra Beach (right next to this resort, except closer to the beach) going for around $280(AUS)/week.

Great place
Everything was wonderful. We were unaware there were extra charges for room having the room made up daily. Disappointed in restaurant.Lack of menu clarity led to dissatisfaction of meal. Which was not replaced nor removed from the bill.
