Excellent, cant wait to go back, friendly staff

The staff at this location was wonderful and freindly they should be used as examples to other chains on customer service. hotel in a great location plenty of shopping and resturants to choose from not far from the beach. Cant wait to return next year.

Did before, won’t again

We have stayed at this hotel several times and were horribly disappointed at how lax the service, maintenance and concern had dropped. We won’t be back.

Great Experience!!

The room was extremely relaxing with fridge, Microwave, flat screen TV, desk w/ free internet and comfortable bed and chairs. The AC was very quiet which is usually a pet peeve with me. The free morning breakfast is a definite perk. It is within walking distance to numerous places to eat and shop and just off the interstate but with no traffic noise. I will positively stay here again when I return.

The business center has only the basic computing needs. It only has a small HP printer for which I had to "fix" to get it to work.

nice hotel ever easy to get to Biloxi or any of the towns on the gulf. Very good eating places right near the hotel.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean. I was NOT satisfied with the pool. It looked grungy. This hotel was in walking distance of everything! The gulf was a few minutes drive.

Nice Hotel

This is a very nice hotel, close to different restaurants, fast food places, Wal-Mart and casinos. Complimentary breakfast had a variety of things to choose from and they were all good. The only thing about the breakfst I didn’t like was that they had no apple juice stocked.

Not Impressed

Confusion at front desk regarding booked accommodations. Dirty towels and cups in room upon arrival that were in place as if they were clean. Refrigerator and microwave situated in front of bathroom door (unsanitary).

Fine with a couple of issues

The hotel was nice. Room was clean and smelled nice when we walked in. Friendly staff. Our room had no mini-fridge which was a surprise and a downer, and the ice machine didn’t work on our floor but did on the other floors. Overall nice stay but why don’t they have a mini-fridge in every room?!?

Very close (walking distance) to several good restaurants and shopping, including Walmart. Target and another shopping center to open soon across the street.

Breakfast wasn’t ready for the Bus Load of people that stayed that night. Waited for them to refill the self serve, had people waiting in line.

The Best Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed In

When I first arrived I was very pleased with this hotel. The inside was very clean and nice. The staff members were very sweet and energetic. They made us feel like family. The room was gorgeous! Very clean! I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Value

We booked the room for a concert at the Mississippi Gulf Coast Colesium. We selected the room because it was in the middle price range and we really weren’t sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel was actually very nice. We have found our lodging for each trip to the coast. It was right off of I10, 12 minutes from the Colesium, 15 minutes from the outlet mall, and walmart and several resteraunts are within walking distance. We loved it.

Can’t wait to go back/Awesome time

Service was great and the stay was very comfortable. Customer Service at counter was always nice.

Go to the resturants at the Beau Rivage. Jia Asain Fining Dinning was great, dim lights and great service. The Coast club was great as well. We even took a Limo cab back to hotel. Chilli’s was great as well,hostess open door for you when they greet you. Ruby Tuesday also. Overall Excellent Romantic trip.

Not Impressed

Rooms were marginal at best. Breakfast both days was not good. Not enough food and no one who knew how to fix it from the hotel.

The Hotel Staff really went the extra distance to make my stay pleasant and comfortable. I look forward to staying there again soon!

Not Impressed with the Pool

The room was very nice. We had stayed in another hotel the previous night, one of the casino rooms on the beach and our room and the Windgate was very much preferred over the other one. But when we went for a swim, the pool was disgusting. There was food all over the deck, trash around the pool, the water was nasty. Bottles all around the pool side and various other trash. This was on Friday, and was still evident on Saturday. The hot tub was definitely "hot". So hot that we were unable to use it. But again, the rooms were nice, and the staff were very polite. But it would be nice to be able to check in early if possible. I arrive around 11 and was told by the clerk that no rooms were ready and they had been totally booked the night before. I had friends staying in a room and we were trying to get the one next to it. We knew for a fact that the room was empty and had been cleaned around 9:30. But we were not allowed to check in. I know checkin is 3pm, but if a room is open and reservations have been made it would have been nice to be able to place our items in the room. We had to use our friends room to get dress to go to our function. Some leaway would have been nice. The previous hotel, we got there earlier than expected and they allowed us to go ahead and check in. This was the first time I have not been allowed to check in early. I was in the military for 20 years and traveled extensively the last 3 years with the Honor Guard and we were never told to wait.

Very nice Hotel also just about 3 to 4 miles to the Casinos

We really enjoyed staying at this Hotel ! We were just a few minutes to the Casinos and also Walmart was a one minute walk no lie from the Hotel so you dont even have to drive that was really nice with the way trafic gets in Biloxi!

Good hotel

This hotel was very comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was also good. My husband and I were impressed with the number of electrical outlets in the room. The humidifier was an added feature. We will choose this again.

Convenient and a good deal

This hotel is a good choice if you want to save some money vs. the casino hotels. Its a $12, 5 minute cab ride to the Beau Rivage. Seemed to be new, staff was friendly.

Windham Wingate Biloxi

The hotel was very welcoming and clean. The staff was excellent in accommodating our requests; from a late check in, room switch to a king sized bed then to a late check out. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice and convenient

Hotel was very clean. Only problem we had was the check in clerk gave us the wrong time for breakfast so we were not ableto eat as we arrived after it ended. But is was very clean and a straight shot into Biloxi and the casinos.

Close to Casinos

Hotel was OK. Needed a deep cleaning and some updates in areas. I found a previous guests hair in my sheets. Not a great thing to find. Staff was helpful. A nice expanded breakfast offered

If only the pool was as clean as the rooms...

The pool could/should have been much cleaner. Rooms were clean, roomy, & comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Great hot breakfast served in the lobby.
