Great location and value
Georgetown Suites is a great value in a great neighborhood. The rooms are large, and comfortable for a family. The continental breakfast is significant. The parking is convenient. This is not a luxurious or "fancy" hotel. It is clean, comfortable and a perfect choice for a stay in Georgetown.

Perfect location
Great location in Georgetown. Either building is a block from M Street. Also not too far to walk to the Metro. Nice to have a little kitchen, and with Trader Joe’s nearby you only have to eat out if you want to, and you can bring the leftovers back! Good for an extended stay; even the studios have the little extra kitchen nook. Front desk staff is great, as is bell staff -- they saw us struggling and assisted with our luggage, then had to actually stop them from running off before we tipped! In general very responsive to all requests. The few minuses would be, the room temp was hard to control (either cool or hot, and windows have no screens so not so great with mosquitoes etc.) and the A/C was noisy and had to be repaired once (which they did very quickly).

Very Impressed
I was very impressed with the rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was helpful. Hotel is the middle of Georgetown and close to everything.
