Very friendly and helpful.they helped us get around and arranged taxis for us.only problem was not having an e-mail address to contact about transfers.

hotel was alright
The hotel was okay. The rooms were not maintained too well, and the hotel seemed slightly below par in terms of overall look and feel. The location was wonderful, the staff helpful, but it felt slightly run-down. The breakfast was good. Overall, it was an average experience. Nothing to get too excited about.

Excellent Service
For a mid-level hotel, simply fantastic. The front desk staff was wonderful in helping us track down lost luggage, dealing with a travel company driver, booking last-minute airline tickets and a host of other tasks. Also well-located, clean and quite reasonable.
