As expected
I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel. I used the hotel for an outing for teenagers from my church. It was great for what I needed. Convenient to walmart and starbucks and the indoor pool was fun.
Don’t limit yourself to Jacksonville - there’s not a lot to do in that town - but it is quite convenient to North Little Rock. You’ll find better restaraunts and shopping there.

Wish I could stay forever!
First off, the service was high class. Every staff member I met or came across was super friendly and accomodated to everything I asked quickly and above my expectations. The suite I stayed in was quite large, and had almost a calming spa like atmosphere. The jacuzzi could have fit three people and was a lovely addition. I soaked in it every day. The only complaint I had was that the sheets were a little rough, and because I toss in my sleep, I came home with small friction rashes from the sheets. Otherwise, I wished I could have stayed there longer than I had.

It was ok for a bduget hotel
As the title states, it was ok for a budget hotel. The main part of the room was clean. The bathroom had evidence of water having leaked from the room above ours (multiple water stains), as well as mold/mildew stains on the tile. There was mold/mildew under and on the caulk around the tub/shower insert. There were big cracks in the tiles between the tub and toilet. 3 of the five nights we were there, the staff replaced all of the used towels and toiletries, the other 2 nights, only some of the towels were replaced with clean ones and no replace toiletries or cups were placed in the room. The temperature control on the heater/AC unit was broken. We could select heat or cooling, but could not control the degree to which it heated or cooled the room.
