Do not stay at this place
I reserved double bed non-smoking room. I got a single bed smoker room. The floor and furniture was stained and torn. Someone had puked out on the stairs outside and no one bothered to clean it up. When I saw the room I was on the phone trying to find another place but since we were already running late and staying only one night we just dealt with it and stayed there. This place is gross.

I don’t recommend this hotel
"Free wireless internet access in room" is actually not true. I was not able to connect. When I asked for help they suggested me to move my laptop around to find better signal. Of course it did not help. The personnal was not friendly at all, sometimes they were pretty rude. Free parking is big plus but the location of the hotel is far from nearst bus stop. The neighborhood was very dirty, walking there is not a pleasure at all. I don’t recommend staying in this hotel.

Nice enough place
Nothing spectacular here, but nothing really wrong either. On of the better motel breakfasts though.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Go while the place is still being renovated (probably until the end of this summer). We experienced no disturbances whatsoever, and the rates were extremely attractive.
