Not What’s It’s Cracked Up To Be
The pool and spa were under repair and closed. No mention of this ongoing renovatin was given when we checked in. Also, the pool and spa area appears to be small and the area not very inviting. Breakfast was very disappointing. Not much was offered. Rooms are a nice size and beds were comfortable.

ECU pre admission visit to greenville
This hotel was the best available in the ECU campus area. The location was great. The facilities were clean and appeared well maintained. Even though our stay was one night, it was the right choice. The front desk personnel were extrwmely heplful and attentive. The breakfast was one of the better ones available in the regional hotels. I would give it a 3.5 stars.
Don’t always allow price to determine where you stay. The extra cost is evident in the cleanliness, stafing, and facilities, along with the location.

Horrible! Manager is an idiot!
I booked this trip 2 mos in advance and paid for it then. I asked for a non-smoking room, we were given a smoking room. Hotel billed me for stay not only 1 time in error but 3 times! I called the manager for over two weeks trying to get the credits and she was a complete idiot. I even tried calling the owner of the hotel to complain and no on ever answers the number the hotel gave me. I wonder if they gave me the right #?
