Bostons Finest !!
I stayed in this hotel last weekend and may I say the staff was very helpful. We needed information in getting to New york they actually printed out a map for me and offered complimentary shuttle to rent-a-car. It is conviently located in the prudential center. Its just a quick walk. I suggest for formal eating Mortons steakhouse half a block away.

Amazing luxury! We were treated like royalty.
Beautifully appointed hotel, well worth the money. Fabulous location, you can just exit the hotel straight into the mall and eat at Wagamamas, PF Changs, Cheesecake factory, browse Barnes and Noble without even stepping outside. Then just one block over is Newbury Street. We would stay there again.

Relaxing stay in the heart of downtown
It was our first experience with Mandarin Oriental. The hotel is very luxurious, with an oriental feel which means it has a classy, calm atmosphere. The room was very nice, the bathroom was gorgeous! We tried the spa, it is a little small but nicely decorated and wonderfully staffed. The hotels location is very practical, there are great restaurants within walking distance. The service at the hotel is truly outstanding. I would absolutely recommend it.
