It is one option...
It is a very simple hotel. They have some simple mistakes that turn it from a pretty small hotel, to a regular hotel. They have to take more care about cleanliness and maintenance. They have an ugly old dirty carpet on the corridors, and some leakage at bathroom. It is an old hotel, but not in very bad conditions because it. Maybe, if they have a good administration, with some small benefits they could have a very good place.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
The access is very good, and you have some good option of restaurants around (including Outback!). There is a guy in front desk that speaks good English. For a short period... for a small cost... You can try it!

Very simple Hotel
Stayed only one night. Daily rate was fair and coffe service in the morning was very good. Counter service was also impecable and English is spoken which makes things easier. As we were in transit this hotel was a good choice.
