Will be back soon
The Hotel upon arrival was amazing. I never touched a bag and the first drink was on the house. The staff was very knowledgable of the surrounding area including resteraunts and night life. The rooms were gorgeous. I took my girlfriend there for her 30th. It was amazing. The rooms were always clean. Gorgeous view from the 2nd story up. Very open. Liked the kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom. It was the off season so it was slow. But the staff was very friendly, made all reservations and helped with a minor issue at the airport. My luggage was lost and items taken. The manager of the hotel personally brought us to the airport to figure it all out. Will stay here again.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Do not check any items worth a $ amount. Keep it in your carry on. I had jewelry stolen from my luggage which did not get there till the next night. Shop at the grocery for food for day time meals its much cheaper.

Great Hotel - Great Staff
We visited the Regent Grand in March 2009. We were reserved into a pool view, 1 bedroom. Once we got there, the managaer upgraded us to a 2 bedroom delux oceanfront room. The condo and the view were spectacular. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful. The condo is located on an amazing strectch of beach with all of the restaurants and shopping close by. This is the Hotel to go to in the Turks & Caicos - Highly recommended.
Stop in to the IGA grocery store and load up. All the rooms have full kitchens as well as Washers & Dryers.

Best of the Best
We had such a wonderful experience at the Regent Grand that I just had to share. If you are thinking about a luxurious, quiet get-away, this is the place for you. From the moment we walked outside the airport, we were picked up in a private taxi and started our adventure. Once we arrived, the staff was willing to do whatever we needed to make us feel like we were the only guests at the resort. The front desk didnt hesitate to upgrade our already beautiful suite! We had a fabulous oceanview suite with two bedrooms, two baths, a media room, and a fully equipment stocked kitchen...which came in handy when we went to the local market and picked up breakfast and lunch meals. The beach is as outstanding as everyone says! We had so much fun walking for miles and miles without ever seeing another soul. We had a blast exploring the local eateries---at a price---but well worth it! The only place I would suggest you dont go, is the Conch Farm. I am all about supporting the local businesses (of which their are not many) but this was a waste of 10 minutes---better to check it out online...or if you go, make sure the taxi driver doesnt leave! This is not a quick, cheap get-away but it is well worth the extra! I would highly recommend the Regent Grand.
