Not good
lobby was a mess, all kinds of materials all over, it was one messy place. the room was okay but there was water leaking into our bath room whenever someone from the other room took a shower.

What happened to the pool?
The swimming pool was not operational; it had about 1 foot of filthy water in it. No good for swimming but great for mosquito breading. There were some patio furniture scatered about under a canopy next to the pool that created an unkept look. The curtains on the front window were not suitable. They were floor length and when closed they covered the heater/ac wall unit
