Please look elsewhere..
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room purchased was way too small and the curtains were falling apart. I had no choice but to pay for an upgrade. That didn’t go well either as there were mosquitoes since there weren’t any screens on the back entrance doors. The curtains were stained. When asked if we can switch to the 2nd floor she denied me because I would then have to pay a cleaning fee. There’s no daily housekeeping so be conservative.. For all that money I’ve spent on upgrade I would recommend you guys to search other places. Thanks

Excellent facilities!
I would def. recommend this hotel - beautiful setting, very close to Palm Cove touristy area but far enough away to not be bothered by noise and tourists. Beautiful pools and very well set up apartments.

I would return
The hotel room was very tiny but I did request the least expensive room. The hotel also has 1 and 2 bedroom suites which looked quite nice and were also a very good value. The hotel grounds were lovely. Fragrant with tropical flowers everywhere. Several private pools and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. I was travelling alone and felt safe and compfortable.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Great location for reef and rainforest activities. All organized activities / tours picked up from the hotel even if they were based in Port Douglas as most seemed to be. Port Douglas is busier and more expensive.
